Questions

Honest answers.

Still unsure? Call us. It costs nothing to talk.

How fast can I get in?

Often the same day. Call admissions and we'll verify your insurance, do a short phone assessment and help plan your arrival.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Your treatment is protected by federal privacy law (HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2). We never share your information without your written consent.

Can my family visit?

Yes. We have scheduled visiting times and a weekly family program, because recovery goes better with the people you love involved.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes for about a week, toiletries (unopened), your ID, insurance card and current medications. We'll send you a full packing list.

Can I keep my phone?

Phone use is part of your personal treatment plan. Most clients have scheduled phone time so they can stay connected while staying focused.
